These Vendor Terms apply to you when you list a SaaS or app on TopSlash, and especially when you sell a deal through TopSlash. They are part of the Terms of Service. Words defined there mean the same thing here. "Founder" and "vendor" refer to the same account: we say "vendor" once you sell a deal.
TopSlash is operated by Envol, Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: support@topslash.app.
1. Your authority to list
By submitting a website, you promise that:
- You own the product, or you are authorized by the owner to list it, to describe it, to set its prices, and to sell it.
- The website you submit is the product's real, public website, and it is under your control or the control of the company you represent.
- You will keep this authority for as long as the listing is live.
- You hold every license, authorization, registration, and permission needed to offer the product in each place where you make it available.
- Your listing, product, fulfillment, and use of TopSlash comply with applicable trade-sanctions and export-control laws and do not benefit a sanctioned person, organization, or territory.
We may require evidence of your authority, such as a matching business email, a website verification tag, or administrator review. You must complete the checks required for your selling route. Paying for promotion never replaces eligibility or authority checks.
If we learn that you did not have authority, we will unpublish the listing, end any deal, and may ban your account. Placement payments are not refunded in that case.
2. Accuracy
Everything on your listing and deal must be true and kept up to date. This includes, at least:
- Product name, tagline, description, category, app type or platform, logo, and screenshot.
- Plan name, included features, supported devices, account requirements, and how the buyer gets access to the plan you sell.
- The normal annual price of that plan (see Section 3).
- The renewal price the buyer will pay each year after the first year.
- Your refund policy, in your own words. We show it to buyers exactly as you wrote it.
- Your support destination (a URL or email where buyers get help).
- Your cancellation destination (a URL where buyers can cancel online).
You must correct any inaccuracy as soon as you know about it. If a fact changes (for example, your renewal price), update the deal before the change takes effect. Changes do not rewrite an existing purchase or a price already reserved for checkout. Stop new claims if a live offer becomes inaccurate, and use a new reviewed draft where changed terms are required.
We label every price on a deal page "Pricing provided by vendor." because it comes from you. You are responsible for it.
3. The normal annual price (former-price rule)
The discount we show to buyers is computed from the "normal annual price" you enter. That number carries legal weight. California's former-price law and the FTC Guides Against Deceptive Pricing address misleading reference prices. A fictitious regular price must never be used to inflate savings.
You promise that the normal annual price you enter:
- Was the real prevailing public price for the same plan during the 3 months before you publish the deal. If that price did not prevail during the preceding 3 months, you must clearly and conspicuously state when it last prevailed. It must not be a number chosen to make the discount look bigger.
- Stays your real public price for that plan while the deal is live. If you lower your public price, pause or end the live deal and prepare a new accurate offer; a live campaign cannot be used to preserve an outdated reference price.
- Refers to the same plan, with the same features, that the buyer receives.
When you publish a deal we retain the normal price you stated, the public pricing URL attached to your listing, and the verification evidence already associated with that listing, which may include public-page text and a screenshot. We may capture additional evidence or ask you for it. If the number is not supported, we will pause or unpublish the deal.
4. You are the seller
You supply the product, subscription offer and terms. TopSlash supplies listing, advertising, claim and transaction-recording services. For a connected Stripe sale, the charge is created directly on your Stripe account and you are the merchant of record. For a native app offer, the buyer completes the purchase through Apple or Google, under the applicable store billing and refund arrangement. TopSlash does not receive the buyer's subscription payment in either route.
Your responsibilities include:
- Fulfillment. Configure automatic access or account invitations once, then honor each confirmed payment without requiring manual activation for every buyer. Connecting a payment account does not itself configure access inside your product.
- The full paid term. Provide the advertised annual plan for the entire purchased period. Your TopSlash campaign ending or selling out does not shorten it. A business transfer must preserve existing entitlements or provide a lawful remedy.
- Support. Acknowledge ordinary requests within 4 business days and work in good faith toward resolution within 14 days. Address security and loss-of-access reports promptly.
- Refunds, cancellation and renewal. Honor the displayed terms and mandatory rights. Issue refunds through the appropriate billing route, or direct native purchasers to the applicable store process. Do not obstruct cancellation.
- Taxes, processing fees and disputes. Meet your obligations under the applicable payment or store agreement and law. A store may collect taxes or administer refunds under its own terms; TopSlash does not take over those responsibilities.
Notify us and affected buyers at least 30 days before a material change affecting ownership, purchased features, support, renewal terms or your ability to fulfill, or earlier when required by law. Urgent security changes may take effect sooner with prompt explanation. Future changes cannot silently rewrite an existing buyer's agreed terms.
TopSlash does not independently verify that each buyer received product access. A payment confirmation proves payment; a buyer's report of access is identified as buyer-reported. Our moderation, payment checks and records are not an access guarantee.
5. Payment and store routes
Connected web offers use a supported annual plan on your own Stripe account. Connect through hosted onboarding and complete the required compatibility checks before buying a campaign for that route. We do not ask for your bank details or private Stripe API keys; Stripe collects its required information directly.
The Stripe Connected Account Agreement governs your connected account. You control its Stripe Dashboard. We use the selected plan and authorized first-year discounts so checkout matches the offered price. Do not alter or delete billing objects in a way that breaks quoted prices or existing subscriptions. Disabled charges prevent new purchases; pending checkouts must be reconciled before inventory is released.
Supported native app offers use a different route: you configure the paid annual offer in the store or your app, test it and supply its supported redemption link. The buyer receives that link free of charge from TopSlash and pays the store for the subscription. No vendor Stripe connection is required for native subscription income, and TopSlash does not create or independently verify the store purchase. Follow the applicable Apple and Google Play rules, eligibility, territory, expiry, disclosure and distribution requirements.
Unsupported providers can be requested through the provider form where available or by emailing support@topslash.app. You may knowingly buy rank-only advertising while your provider is unsupported. We do not sell an incompatible deal service or promise a provider integration date.
6. Automatic renewal law
Launch deals discount the first paid annual period. They then renew at the existing regular annual price disclosed at purchase unless the buyer cancels. The paid year begins with the subscription purchase, independently of the promotional campaign dates. A lifetime discount is not part of this launch offer.
You must comply with applicable subscription laws and store rules. This includes prominent price and renewal disclosures, affirmative consent, a retainable acknowledgment, accessible cancellation and required notices. Where applicable, California Business and Professions Code section 17602 specifies consent records and notification windows, including 15–45 days before renewal of an initial term of one year or longer. Its longer-term notice rule controls when both that rule and its promotional-expiry notice rule apply. Federal ROSCA also addresses disclosure, consent and stopping recurring charges. These links are not an exhaustive compliance checklist.
You and the relevant billing provider must arrange the buyer's required renewal and price-change notices. The new TopSlash campaign service does not provide a buyer annual-renewal reminder service. TopSlash campaign-expiry reminders to vendors, five and two days before the campaign ends, are separate. Any earlier expressly promised buyer notices remain governed by the terms accepted for that purchase.
7. The deal package
A discount listing must offer a genuine positive percentage saving on a paid annual plan. Ordinary free access, a free download or a free trial alone cannot qualify as a discounted annual deal. A free product can rank without a deal. A free-to-download app or free basic plan can also advertise a genuine discount on its separately paid premium annual plan. Use accurate labels such as Free, Free download · paid features, or Free plan available; do not invent a reference price or discount.
60%, 40% and 25% are editable suggestions. They appear as a starting example in the vendor offer editor, not mandatory discounts. You choose supported percentages and quantities before publication. Current minimum charge, discount and other compatibility limits are shown during setup. The price preview and published offer state your actual terms.
For connected Stripe campaigns:
- Choose one, two or three tiers, strongest discount first, with at most 50 purchases across the entire campaign. Smaller quantities are allowed. The example of 10 at 60%, 15 at 40% and 25 at 25% is optional.
- The buyer pays the first-year price and renews at the disclosed regular annual price unless canceled. Each buyer may purchase once per campaign; self-purchases and artificial activity are prohibited.
- A checkout temporarily reserves a unit and its quoted price. Reserved units are separate from confirmed paid purchases. Unpaid capacity is released only after the payment state permits it. A confirmed refund does not automatically replenish inventory.
- Before publishing, authorize the actual quantities and first-year prices displayed for your campaign. A page view or redirect alone is not proof of payment.
For native store campaigns:
- Supply one fixed paid annual discount and choose 1–50 TopSlash link claims. The three-tier suggestion does not apply to this simpler native route.
- A signed-in buyer receiving the link consumes one claim even if they never purchase. Repeat access to the same claim does not consume another. The counter is offers claimed, not store purchases, revenue or verified access.
- We cap claims made here. A shared code may be forwarded; the store separately enforces redemption limits, eligibility and expiry. There is no TopSlash 24-hour link timeout, and an unused claim is not automatically returned to inventory.
A campaign lasts 30 elapsed days from publication. Selling out stops new purchases or claims and removes the available deal, while rank and history remain. An explicit extension, where available, uses another credit for 30 additional days and preserves remaining inventory. Duplicating an offer creates a new campaign and new capped inventory without deleting history. A subscription renewal allocates credits; it does not automatically extend a chosen campaign.
Managing a live campaign. You may edit its headline and increase supported discount percentages for remaining, unreserved places. A discount cannot decrease, even after an earlier increase. Multiple tiers must remain in descending discount order. A store offer must be updated and validated through its supported store route before a changed price is advertised.
The tier count, quantities, selected plan, included benefits, regular price and renewal price stay fixed after launch. The end date stays fixed during ordinary editing and while paused; only a separate explicit extension can add a purchased promotional period. New inventory requires a new campaign, not an increase to a live quantity. Previous purchases and valid checkout reservations keep their agreed prices and terms.
You may pause new claims or purchases and resume before the campaign expires. Pausing does not stop the 30-day clock or automatically refund a credit. Deleting a campaign ends it and cannot be undone; its product, paid rank, transaction records and existing buyers' rights remain. Deletion does not refund a used credit, cancel a buyer's subscription or revoke copied store links. Pending connected checkouts still require reconciliation.
8. Buyer data
When a buyer purchases your deal, Stripe gives you the buyer's email address and the billing and transaction information it makes available on your connected account; neither you nor TopSlash receives the buyer's full card number from Stripe Checkout. We deliver the configured purchase notification with the buyer's email, plan, tier and amount through the supported setup. The buyer is your customer. You may use this information to fulfill, support, bill, and renew the subscription, and as your own privacy policy allows and the law permits. You may not add buyers to unrelated marketing lists without their consent, and you may not sell their information. You are an independent controller of the information Stripe and we give you, and you must protect it.
You must maintain an accessible privacy policy that accurately explains your handling of buyer information. Use buyer information only for the disclosed purchase, support, billing, renewal, security, and lawful purposes; honor applicable access, correction, deletion, and portability rights; and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties. If a security incident affects buyer information received through TopSlash or Stripe for a TopSlash deal, notify us at support@topslash.app without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after you discover it, and cooperate with legally required notices and remediation.
We also receive purchase, refund, and dispute events from Stripe for your account. We use them to show verified purchases and verified savings, to mark refunds on the buyer's account page, to maintain transaction records and to run the Service. Purchase counts are public; buyer identities are not included in these counters. Native link claims are separate records and do not disclose a completed store purchase. We do not obtain a buyer's Apple or Google account email merely because they claimed a link, and we do not promise vendors a list of identifiable store purchasers from that action.
9. Our right to pause or unpublish
We may pause a deal, unpublish a listing, or both, at any time and without prior notice, if we believe:
- The listing or deal breaks the Listing Policy, these Vendor Terms, or the Terms of Service.
- A price, discount, renewal price, or feature is inaccurate or unsupported.
- The website fails a safety re-check, or does not load for three consecutive weekly checks.
- Stripe has disabled charges on your account, or a dispute or refund pattern suggests buyers are not getting what they paid for.
- We receive a credible report, a legal demand, or an instruction from Stripe.
We will email you the reason category and how to appeal. The appeal process, timing, and what is kept are in the Listing Policy. Unpublishing a listing keeps its placement total and history; republishing restores its position by that total. Unpublishing for a reason you caused does not refund placement payments. See the Refund & Finality Rules.
10. Commission on deal sales
TopSlash takes no commission on buyer subscription sales in this model. Vendors pay the separately disclosed advertising, campaign and ranking charges. Payment processors and app stores may charge their own fees.
Any future change to subscription-sale commissions requires at least 30 days' written notice and updated terms before it applies to new purchases. No future fee is implied by purchasing a current campaign.
11. Paid Rank and deal access
Ranking and campaigns are separate services. All-time rank accumulates the contribution identified for that entry and survives ordinary campaign expiry, exhaustion or renewal. A renewal does not add rank; an optional additional rank payment does. A first standalone $19 campaign contributes $19 to its new entry; adding $50 of rank gives $69, and renewing the campaign leaves that total at $69.
A new ranked entry funded with $20 includes one optional 30-day campaign credit tied to that entry. It adds $20 to rank, not $39 when the included credit is used. This benefit is once per entry, not once per top-up. Provider eligibility still applies. For packs or subscription credits used to create new entries, the attributed rank contribution must be disclosed before the order; the entire pack price cannot be credited to each entry.
One-off publication packs cost $19 for one credit, $49 for three, or $69 for five. Unused one-off credits remain available. One credit publishes or extends one eligible campaign for 30 days.
Monthly plans provide one, three or five credits per billing period. The first month, and the first month after a subscription has ended and is restarted, costs $19, $49 or $69 respectively. From the second consecutive month the corresponding price is $15, $45 or $59. Monthly billing follows the signup date, with a short-month adjustment when that date does not exist.
Annual plans cost $139, $429 or $559 upfront for twelve monthly allocations of one, three or five credits respectively. They do not release all twelve allocations at once. Annual subscriptions renew yearly unless canceled. There is no extra first-month charge on an annual plan.
Unused subscription credits expire at their displayed monthly boundary. The next allocation replaces that allowance rather than adding to unused credits. Purchased credits are tracked separately. A campaign published before the boundary still receives its full 30-day duration.
Ordinary capacity is five active campaigns per vendor across credit sources. Up to ten can overlap only when campaigns use the previous and current allocations of the same continuous subscription. Buying two five-packs does not permit ten active campaigns. Each ranked entry has its own total, while vendor/product history is shared.
Cancel renewal online at any time without a minimum commitment or penalty. Cancellation stops the next charge. Published campaigns finish their paid periods, unused purchased credits remain, and an annual cancellation preserves already-paid future monthly allocations. Ending a subscription loses monthly loyalty pricing; undoing a scheduled cancellation before the paid term ends does not by itself break continuity. Refunds and disputes follow the Refund & Finality Rules.
All TopSlash plan prices above are in U.S. dollars, before any tax shown at checkout. The checkout must identify the selected service, price, billing frequency, credit limits, rank contribution and cancellation terms before you pay. Advertising does not guarantee traffic, sales or a fixed position. Earlier orders retain their accepted rights; this new model does not silently revoke an earlier deal-access entitlement.
12. Your promises to us
You agree to indemnify Envol, Inc. as described in the Terms of Service for any claim arising out of your product, your listing, your deal, your prices, your fulfillment, your refunds, your subscriptions, your taxes, or your breach of these Vendor Terms.
13. Changes
We may change these Vendor Terms. Material changes are announced by email to vendors with a live listing or deal at least 14 days before they take effect, except that any change to the commission follows the 30-day rule in Section 10. Continuing to keep a listing or deal live after the effective date means you accept the change.
