These Buyer Terms apply to you when you claim or buy a deal on TopSlash. They are part of the Terms of Service. Words defined there mean the same thing here.
TopSlash is operated by Envol, Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: support@topslash.app.
1. The vendor is the seller
TopSlash is a discovery and advertising platform. The vendor supplies the product and offer; TopSlash displays it, records claims and, for supported connected payments, records the transaction. We do not sell you the vendor's subscription.
For Stripe offers, you pay directly through the vendor's connected Stripe account. For native app offers, you follow the vendor-supplied link and complete the subscription purchase through Apple or Google under its store terms. TopSlash does not collect your subscription payment or charge you to obtain an offer link.
Pricing and product terms come from the vendor. The vendor provides the product and access; billing, cancellation and refunds follow the vendor's and applicable store's arrangements. Paid placement is advertising, not our endorsement.
2. What a deal page shows, and what it means
A discount offer identifies a paid annual plan, included features, the vendor's regular annual price, the first-year price, the percentage saving and the regular renewal price. Review eligibility, devices, account requirements, support, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. For store offers, also check the store's actual local price, currency and terms before confirming.
- Genuine annual savings. A free product is eligible for ranking, not a discount listing merely because it is free. A free download or free basic plan can have a separately discounted paid annual premium plan. Free access must not be represented as an invented discount.
- Vendor-selected discounts. 60%, 40% and 25% are editable setup suggestions, not prices guaranteed on every deal. The current published offer shows the actual percentage, first-year price and regular renewal price.
- Stripe availability. Connected campaigns have one, two or three tiers and at most 50 purchases total. Available units exclude paid purchases and active checkout reservations. In checkout is not a sale. Your quoted unit and price are reserved while checkout remains valid.
- Native app claims. A native campaign offers one fixed annual discount and at most 50 link claims on TopSlash. Offers claimed counts links issued here, even when no store purchase follows. It does not count confirmed store redemptions.
- Paid Rank. A paid position is advertising. It does not establish product quality, access delivery or a recommendation.
A vendor may improve the discount for remaining places while a campaign is live, but cannot reduce it or increase the live quantity. A later improvement does not reprice an earlier purchase or valid checkout reservation. Pausing, deleting or ending a campaign stops new offer availability; it does not cancel your paid subscription.
TopSlash keeps relevant offered terms and connected payment records. We do not independently verify product access. Where buyer feedback is displayed, Buyer reported access means the buyer supplied that report, not that TopSlash independently checked access. No term excludes mandatory consumer rights.
3. Connected checkout reservations and native link claims
For a connected Stripe offer, claiming starts a temporary checkout reservation, normally 30 minutes, at the quoted price. You pay only by completing the vendor's checkout. An abandoned or expired session is reconciled before its unit is released. A browser redirect or a local timer cannot establish whether payment succeeded. If Stripe confirms a valid payment, its record is retained and the vendor must fulfill it; reconciliation handles a late event.
For a native app offer, Get this discount saves one claim and reveals the store or app link. Offer claimed means the link was issued, not that you paid or received access. Your allocation stays counted even if you never purchase. There is no 24-hour TopSlash link expiry or automatic recycling. Store expiry, eligibility and remaining redemption availability govern whether the link can still be used. A shared code may circulate outside TopSlash, so obtaining the link does not guarantee store availability until the deadline.
Claims require sign-in. You may claim once per native campaign and buy once per connected campaign. Reopening a saved claim does not consume another. Self-claims and attempts to inflate activity are prohibited. Stopping new claims or ending a campaign does not cancel a confirmed subscription or shorten its purchased term.
4. Automatic renewal
The launch discount applies to the first paid annual period. The subscription then renews automatically at the existing regular annual price disclosed when you purchase, unless you cancel. Your annual period starts with the subscription purchase, not with the vendor's TopSlash campaign. A campaign ending does not end your paid year.
The payment provider or store shows the applicable price and renewal terms before you agree. Keep its confirmation and the vendor's terms. TopSlash's saved link-claim confirmation is not a store payment receipt.
The vendor and its billing provider remain responsible for required subscription and price-change notices. The new TopSlash campaign service does not send buyer annual-renewal reminders. Vendor campaign-expiry messages are separate. Purchases made under earlier terms keep any expressly promised notices and other rights.
5. How to cancel
Cancel a Stripe-billed subscription using the vendor's online cancellation destination. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription through the applicable store's subscription settings or the method stated in its terms. Cancellation stops renewal under the applicable subscription terms; it does not itself request a refund.
Deleting your TopSlash account or the vendor ending a TopSlash campaign does not cancel your subscription. If the vendor obstructs cancellation or its link fails, report it to support@topslash.app.
6. Refunds
For connected Stripe purchases, request a refund from the vendor under the displayed policy and applicable law. For native purchases, follow the applicable Apple or Google refund process and contact the vendor for product support. TopSlash does not issue refunds for vendor or store subscription charges and does not guarantee a refund outcome.
Where Stripe reports a refund for a TopSlash purchase, we update its transaction record. A refunded connected purchase does not automatically put its unit back on sale. An unused native link claim is not proof of a refundable purchase and is not automatically restored.
7. Our limited remedies
Contact us with the offer URL, relevant receipt or claim reference, and the problem. We can help you reach the vendor, examine our records, and act on credible reports. We may pause offers, remove listings or ban vendors for misleading pricing, non-delivery or other policy breaches.
We retain relevant offer terms and records so that a complaint can be assessed. We cannot guarantee product access, compel a vendor or store to refund, or guarantee another party's continued operation. This does not remove our responsibility for our own service or any mandatory legal right.
Vendor publication credits purchase advertising campaigns. They are not buyer compensation, money balances or credits to purchase subscriptions.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Contact the vendor or applicable store promptly if there is a problem. We can assist with our records. This request does not require you to delay a bank dispute, miss a deadline or give up a statutory right. Stripe purchase disputes involve the vendor, provider and bank; native purchase disputes follow the relevant store arrangement.
Disputes about a service sold by Envol, Inc. are governed by the Terms of Service.
9. Your account and your data
My purchases separates provider-confirmed connected purchases from saved native app offers. Saving or claiming an app offer is not a store purchase receipt. A product saved for later is a bookmark, not a purchase or a reservation. Your vendor products and promotional campaigns are managed separately in your vendor workspace.
You need a TopSlash account to claim an offer. For a connected Stripe purchase, the vendor receives the email and transaction details needed to fulfill it, under the billing arrangement and our Privacy Policy.
A native claim records your TopSlash account and the offer link issued. It does not give us your Apple or Google account identity or prove a purchase. When you follow the link, the store or vendor processes information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Public claim and purchase counters do not identify buyers.
10. Changes
We may change these Buyer Terms. Material changes are posted with a new effective date and emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you bought.
